Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Fan Fonts mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Fan Fonts is a stylish text generator mobile application that transforms your text into 50+ unique Unicode font styles across multiple categories. The App provides:

• • Text transformation using Unicode character mappings
• • Organized font style categories (Decorative, Classic, Fun, Minimal, Effects, Frames, Asian, Special)
• • Social media preview functionality
• • Favorites management for saving preferred styles
• • Copy and share functionality

All text transformations are performed locally on your device.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the App to:

• • Create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Infringe upon the rights of others
• • Engage in spamming or other unsolicited messaging using styled text

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, user interface, and code, is owned by Fan Fonts and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• • Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
• • Use the App's branding or trademarks without permission

The Unicode characters and font styles generated by the App are part of the Unicode Standard and are freely usable. The styled text you create is yours to use as you wish.

Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge and agree that:

• • Advertisements will be displayed within the App
• • Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and not by Fan Fonts
• • We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of advertisements
• • Interaction with advertisements is at your own discretion and risk

Premium Features

The App may offer premium features, including an ad-free experience. Premium subscriptions are subject to:

• • Payment terms as specified by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• • Refund policies of the respective app store
• • Cancellation terms as outlined by the respective app store

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time.

Unicode Characters & Compatibility

The App generates text using Unicode characters. Please note:

• • Not all Unicode characters may display correctly on all devices or platforms
• • Some social media platforms may not support certain Unicode styles
• • Character rendering depends on the fonts installed on the receiving device
• • We do not guarantee that styled text will appear identically across all platforms

We provide social media preview functionality as an approximation only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• • Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content generated

You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fan Fonts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• • Any content created, shared, or received through the App
• • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• • Any third-party conduct or content within the App

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. All locally stored data will be removed upon uninstallation.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the App with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
